Soon our premises, located in the very heart of the archipelago, will allow us to offer additional services to travelers.

The services offered (payable for the traveler) include:

• Breakfast Service: prepared by Le Lamparo and delivered directly to the accommodation.

• Room Service: with extended hours.

• Flexible Arrivals and Departures: possibility of managing late or last minute arrivals and departures.

• Room Service and Daily Housekeeping: available on request.

In addition, accommodation classified 4 and 5 stars by Étoile de France and the tourist office will include bathrobes, slippers, and a premium welcome kit.

For unclassified accommodation or accommodation classified 1 to 3 stars, it is possible to offer this service for an annual cost of 200 euros excluding tax.

Our concierge service included for everyone:

• Airbnb Co-Host management: complete management of announcements, reservations, communication and personalized welcome for travelers.

• Inventories: detailed checks to ensure the quality and safety of properties.

• Assistance during the Stay: constant availability to guarantee a peaceful experience for tenants.

• Laundry Service: sheets and towels provided for each stay.

• Cleaning: cleaning costs, payable by the tenant, amount to 60 euros per hour, adjusted according to the size of the accommodation. Reduced rate for stays of less than two nights.

• Welcome Pack: a special attention to warmly welcome travelers.

• Contract activation fees: from €80 excluding VAT (one-off payment) This fee includes: The creation and adjustment of your ad on Airbnb, including taking photos. The initial organization of the laundry service: Implementation of internal processes to ensure efficient laundry management. Management of administrative formalities for establishing the contract. These one-off contract activation fees guarantee an optimal and professional start to our rental management services.

In addition, a special offer is available only for the archipelago: for the first year, the concierge service fee is reduced to 18% instead of 20%.
